geoip-database-contrib software package provides GeoLite binary database (downloader), you can install in your Debian 7 (Wheezy) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install geoip-database-contrib
geoip-database-contrib is installed in your system.
Make ensure the geoip-database-contrib package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep geoip-database-contrib *
You will get with geoip-database-contrib package name, version, architecture and description in a table
